Your new companyA large multinational leader based in London is currently looking for a Pension & Benefits Manager to support the Pensions team. You'll be involved in a lovely team working at a company that is consistently growing, working in their beautiful offices where there is a modern and calm feel. This role is for someone who's looking to take charge of the Pensions function with the scope of taking over other potential dutiesYour new roleYou'll be asked to involve yourself in a variety of duties, including collaborating with the wider HR function and internal and external stakeholders to manage the pension function.Your main responsibilities will include:Serve as the main pension lead, including taking charge of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.Ensure all pensions comply with legislationAnnual reporting and operations of pension schemes, including dealing with third-party providersLead the implementation of system changes and new projects.What you'll need to succeedKnowledge of pensions including DC and DB schemesStrong communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyStrong experience of delivering projectsWhat you'll get in returnYou'll receive a salary paying £50,000+. This office is on the outskirts of London with nearby train and bus links from Central London. On-site parking is available.
