The Role:

The Payroll/Accounts assistant will work work closely with the management accountant and Financial Controller ensuring the smooth running of the finance function. They key components of the role include:.

• Processing end to end monthly payroll
• Managing Purchase/sales ledger invoicing
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Processing BACS payments
• Handling supplier queries
• Managing accounts inbox
• Assisting with Month end and preparing management accounts
• Financial reporting and analysis
