We are urgently seeking a skilled Payroller with experience using the BrightPay payroll system. This interim position is for a client based in Cheam, requiring immediate support in their payroll department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes and be proficient in using BrightPay software.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing payroll using BrightPay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Managing payroll queries from employees and resolving them promptly.
- Processing monthly payroll of 190 employees.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data handling.
- Assisting with the implementation of payroll-related changes and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroller, specifically with BrightPay software.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practices.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
