Payroll Supervisor - Pro-Finance : Job Details

Location: Abingdon

Salary: Up to £36,000

A well-established accountancy firm in Abingdon is on the lookout for a Payroll Supervisor to join their growing payroll department. • Managing payroll and CIS for a portfolio of clients
• Ensuring accurate and timely BACS payments, RTI, and Auto-Enrolment submissions
• Handling pension contributions, holiday pay, SSP, SMP, and other schemes
• Building strong relationships with clients and resolving payroll queries
• Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and improving processes where needed

• Experience processing payroll and CIS for multiple clients (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Pegasus Opera, SAGE, and Xero Payroll is a plus
• A proactive and confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
• A team player who thrives under deadlines
