Title: Payroll SpecialistLocation: Kingston Upon ThamesSalary: £50,000 - £55,000  We are urgently seeking a Payroll Specialist that has strong end to end payroll experience, multi site and even more import TRONC experience.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress and grow into becoming a manager.  Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll for approximately 1500 employees across all sites.
• Handle HMRC submissions, pension contributions, and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Administer weekly TRONC payments in line with scheme guidelines.
• Offer ad-hoc payroll analysis and reporting as required.
• Collaborate closely with the senior payroll manager on operational matters.
• Stay abreast of payroll regulations and update processes accordingly.

  What You'll Require:

• Experience managing payrolls of 500+ employees.
• Strong working knowledge of TRONC systems and protocols.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster cross-functional relationships.
• Capacity to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining motivation.
