A leading national accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their friendly and professional team in Reading.

The Payroll Specialist role will involve:

• Managing end-to-end payroll for a varied portfolio of clients
• Processing pensions, RTI submissions and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP etc.)
• Liaising directly with clients to resolve payroll queries
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance across all processes
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver a first-class service

What we're looking for:

• Experience running multiple payrolls within an accountancy practice or bureau
• Confidence with statutory payments and payroll legislation
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and team focus
