Payroll Specialist - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their fantastic team. This company has been growing over the past decade, establishing themselves strongly in the industry and becoming market leaders. Due to this growth, the opportunity to join the friendly and dynamic finance team is now availability. The role is ideal for a confident candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced team that love to keep the environment light hearted and positive, sharing jokes and being always keen to help each other out.

This is an end to end payroll position where you will be managing your own portfolio of clients to ensure all payroll processes are running smoothly, including but not limited to monthly payroll processing and pension contributions, liaise with third parties, producing P45s, P60s and P11ds, and handling queries. What you will need:

• Prior experience working within payroll or covering payroll processes, it is particuarly advantageous if you have experience working with monthly payroll.
• Enjoy working in an autonomous work setting where you will be responsible for your own portfolio and manage your day to day tasks.
• Be detail and solution oriented, able to resolve issues and discrepancies and handle queries.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be keen to join a team that are all about good work culture.
