Payroll & Pensions Specialist - Connells Group HQ : Job Details

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Payroll & Pensions Specialist to join our payroll team in Milton Keynes.The ideal candidate will have good technical knowledge of Pension including all aspects of regulations and auto-enrolment.Your responsibilities will include:

• To process the monthly Pension submissions via Nest, Aegon and Aviva, and other individual schemes
• To reconcile the monthly pension contributions, understanding the reasons for any variances
• First point of escalation for employee and team queries regarding pensions and benefits
• Opt in, Opt outs, changes, holidays etc.
• Monthly reconciliation of all pension schemes
• Loading of pension data to pension portals
• P11d administration
• P46 car submissions
• Working alongside the Reward team to resolve complex pension queries
• Benefit administration of C2W, CCV, Novalease etc.
• Ensure compliance with business processes, TPR and HMRC
• Assist with Payroll tasks as and when required

• Proactive and customer-centric approach
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
