An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Officer to join a fast-paced and growing business in Alderley Edge (SK9). You'll be part of a friendly HR team, working closely with the Payroll Manager to deliver accurate and efficient payroll across a multi-brand group of around 1,000 employees.

The Role
End-to-end processing of monthly payrolls
Administer pensions, expenses, RTI submissions, and year-end activities
Ensure compliance with PAYE, NIC, and Auto-Enrolment legislation
Liaise with internal teams and external third parties to resolve queries and support audits
Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems
About You
Proven end-to-end payroll experience
Confident using Sage 50 (or similar payroll systems)
Skilled in RTI, year-end submissions, pensions, and reconciliations
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
Able to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment
