Payroll Manager | £30,000 | Preston | Great team and working cultureAxon Moore is pleased to be working in partnership with a highly valued, PE-backed company as they recruit for a Payroll Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for someone highly experienced to take ownership in this area.Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and action all aspects of payroll processes within the organisation. You will be a critical player in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.Key Responsibilities and Duties:• Supervise and manage the entire process, including the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll to meet designated deadlines.• Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data and confidential employee information.• Prepare and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
