Butler Rose are looking for a Payroll Administrator, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 and the flexibility to work from home one day a week. About the Role:As Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for managing the payroll process and supporting the wider HR/Finance teams as required.

This role is designed to help someone grow. The company is offering the opportunity to learn and develop. This growing company are open to supporting a successful candidate down a path into either payroll or HR, depending on where your strengths and interests lie. You may naturally gravitate towards one of these areas and the company will work with you to nurture that and offer further training.Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing end-to-end payroll on a regular basis
  • Ensuring compliance with HMRC and statutory regulation
  • Managing starters, leavers, and changes to employee records
  • Handling payroll queries from staff in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee data

About You:

  • Previous payroll experience is an advantage
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong administrative skills is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
