Payroll & Finance Officer
- Annual Salary: £28,000 - £34,000
- Location: Preston
- Job Type: Full-time 12 Month FTC (35 hours per week)
As a Payroll Officer. This role offers the opportunity to handle end-to-end payroll processes and assist in various financial operations within a dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and manage monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
- Handle payroll administrative duties including reporting of pension data to scheme advisors and administration of payroll benefits.
- Provide support with daily bank reconciliations and manage non-trade sales invoices.
- Maintain the group creditors ledger and the fixed asset register.
- Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and the production of monthly management accounts for group companies.
- Process weekly payments to suppliers and provide information for auditors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll processing, ideally using Sage.
