Payroll Coordinator - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new company I'm currently working with a client of mine who is looking for a Payroller on a 12-month basis to support the current payroll team.Joining an organisation undergoing a major transformation based in East Sussex, the team is focused on modernising systems and improving its services.This role is for someone with extensive payroll experience and who's looking for a hybrid and flexible working approach.Your new roleYou'll support the full payroll cycle-processing starters, leavers, pay changes, pensions, and audits-while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll also handle being involved in the current payroll project moving over to a new system.This is a fixed-term contract with flexible/hybrid working - ideally 1/2 days in the office and the rest at home.What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP etc.)
• Experience handling large datasets
• A flexible, team-oriented approach
• YOU MUST HAVE UK END TO END PAYROLL EXPERIENCE.
