Job Description :

Fantastic opportunity to join a great local business as a Temporary Payroll Coordinator. This is a 4-month temporary assignment.

My client is the fourth largest insurance provider in the UK and working for them is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the local area not to be missed!

You will be responsible for providing an accurate and customer focused payroll service, working with the Senior Payroll Co-ordinator and with the support of a Payroll Assistant, under the supervisor of the Payroll Manager.

This means day to day your duties could include:

  • Preparing accurate monthly payrolls for Group Companies, ready for sign-off by relevant Executives, adhering to strict deadlines for more than one pay date.
  • To liaise with the HR Service Centre Assistants to ensure all basic data including new starters, leavers and contractual changes are processed in line with payroll cut-off dates.
  • To compile, prepare and complete uploads of monthly allowances, timesheets, and deductions.
