We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk for our Accounting & Finance department within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll and related financial duties.

Description
- Responsible for the accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
- Manage the payroll system and ensure all data is updated and maintained.
- Work closely with HR to ensure all employee information is accurate and up to date.
- Handle queries related to payroll from employees and management.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to payroll.
- Assist with other accounting duties as required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Clerk should have:
- A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for handling queries and working with team members.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
Job Offer
