Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working in partnership with a highly reputable and fast-paced organisation to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset to play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient payroll services.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of both weekly and monthly payrolls in line with current payroll processes, procedures, and statutory legislation
- Reviewing and auditing payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal deadlines
- Producing reconciliation and control reports to support payroll accuracy and integrity
- Managing internal and external payroll-related queries in a professional and timely manner
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous use of MHR iTrent and IRIS Cascade systems is desirable
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused and professional approach
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Resilient, adaptable, and confident under pressure
- Solid numeracy and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
