An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a global retail leader as a Payroll Administrator on a 14-month fixed-term contract. Based in Watford, this full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a collaborative payroll team. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Processing high-volume UK payrolls accurately and efficiently
  • Managing starters, leavers, and manual payroll calculations
  • Loading daily and weekly data feeds into payroll systems
  • Liaising with third-party providers to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Supporting ad hoc payroll tasks as required within the team
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in high-volume payroll environments
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Highly organised, switched-on, and proactive
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Ambitious and eager to learn in a fast-moving, supportive team
