We are seeking a Payroll/Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing the high volume of daily administration of weekly payroll and recruitment for approximately 700 staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, essential for setting up new starters, processing leavers, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Day-to-day of the role:Managing weekly payroll using Sage 50.Processing starters and leavers efficiently.Onboarding new employees and booking medicals as required.Data entering on payroll weeks, including timesheets.Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.Handling general administration tasks to support the payroll and recruitment processes.
