We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with clear career progression and a wide range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly pension uploads to various providers accurately and on time.
  • Manage payrolls from start to finish within your assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal and client deadlines.
  • Communicate with pension providers, The Pensions Regulator, and other third-party organisations as needed.
  • Monitor re-enrolments and complete re-declarations of compliance when required.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll and pension administration
  • Strong understanding of pension schemes and auto-enrolment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
