We’re are recruiting for a a supportive, down-to-earth accountancy practice looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, and we’re happy to work around the right person’s availability.
What you’ll be doing
- Running clients payrolls for a mix of local business
- Submitting pensions, RTI, and keeping everything HMRC-compliant
- Preparing payslips and reports
- Answering client questions and helping them feel confident about their payroll
- Keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes
What we’re looking for
- Someone with payroll experience (practice or bureau background)
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation and processes
- Comfortable using payroll software (BrightPay], but training can be given)
- A real eye for detail and a friendly, approachable manner
- Happy to be part of a small, supportive team where everyone helps each other out
