They’re now looking for a skilled Paxton Installation Engineer to join their team and help to deliver outstanding access control solutions.

The Paxton Installation Engineer Role:

As a Paxton Installation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in installing and maintaining Paxton access control systems at client sites. Your work will ensure security, reliability, and excellent customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring new Paxton access control systems
• Setting up hardware and software to client requirements
• Conducting site surveys and identifying installation needs
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Ensuring all work meets industry and safety standards
• Training clients on system use and providing ongoing support
• This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your expertise and professionalism will directly impact our clients reputation and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience with Paxton access control systems and related security hardware
• Strong technical skills in IT support, hardware configuration, and software installation
• Knowledge of conducting site surveys and troubleshooting technical issues
• Cat6 and Cat6A installation experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and represent the company professionally on client sites
• Relevant IT/technical certifications (desirable but not essential)
