Responsibilities:- Provide empathetic support and guidance to patients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions regarding healthcare services, treatment options, and administrative processes.- Serve as a trusted resource for patients, offering information on medical conditions, procedures, and available resources.- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, including scheduling appointments, obtaining referrals, and accessing necessary services.- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive quality care and are treated with dignity and respect.- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and follow-up activities.Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service patient-facing role, within a healthcare setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.- Strong empathy and compassion for patients and their families, with a genuine desire to help others.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record systems.- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations (preferred).** Salary range noted on advert is average range for a job of this kind, but for this specific role is negotiable depending on skills and experience **If this sounds like you, please click apply today to discuss further.
