Patent Litigation Associate - Interlink Talent Solutions : Job Details

Are you a talented Lawyer with a passion for intellectual property law? Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer with 3 - 5 years' PQE to join our Intellectual Property team in their London office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the largest and most respected IP teams in the UK and collaborate with experts across multiple jurisdictions.

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role in the Intellectual Property team, focusing on patent litigation and advisory work. You will handle a diverse range of commercial matters, including patent applications in the biotechnological, pharmaceutical, and high-tech fields.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling patent litigation cases before the UK High Court and other relevant forums.
• Providing expert advice on patent applications and complex technologies.
• Building strong relationships with clients and market contacts.
• Collaborating with colleagues across our European offices on pan-European mandates.
• Engaging in client development activities and expanding relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or FCilex with 3 - 5 years' PQE in commercial law.
• Experience in patent litigation and advisory work, particularly in the life sciences and high-tech sectors.
• Strong technical expertise and commercial judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
• Strong client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
