The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

• Counseling Certification - often preferred such as a School Counseling Certification or Mental Health First Aid or Child Protection/Safeguarding training
• Experience in the field
