Opportunity to join a multi-location commercial dealership, monthly bonus, on-site parking, 1 in 4 Saturdays, permanent positionJob Location: SalfordWe are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor for a Commercial Dealership in the Manchester area to join a growing team.We welcome applicants with previous experience as, Automotive Parts Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Trade Parts Operative, Motor Factor Sales AdvisorKey Duties of the Parts Sales Advisor:

• Handle incoming calls and assist front counter customers
• Support workshop technicians with parts orders and queries
• Manage the complete parts process — from order to preparation for delivery
• Communicate with customers and other dealers to ensure excellent service
• Provide relief driving for same-day deliveries when required
• Resolve complex parts-related queries and provide technical support
• Upsell parts and services to the workshop and service teams

No two days are the same — this is a varied and dynamic role offering a mix of customer service, logistics, and technical support.  Key Skills for the Parts Sales Advisor role:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Inventory control experience
• Proactive sales approach and upselling ability
• Experience in the truck or automotive industry
• Good administrative and computer literacy skills
• Analytical approach to customer queries
