We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly respected main dealer who is looking to add a skilled and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to their team. This is a key role within a busy, friendly, and professional environment — perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

This isn’t just a counter job — it's a varied and hands-on role that includes goods-in, stock management, warehouse coordination, trade counter support, and direct interaction with the workshop team.

If you enjoy a mix of customer service, organisation, and technical knowledge — and want to feel valued every day — this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Dealing with parts enquiries from both internal teams and trade customers
• Processing goods-in deliveries and managing stock effectively
• Supporting the workshop by sourcing and supplying parts accurately and efficiently
• Serving customers at the front counter with professionalism and care
• Maintaining accurate inventory and contributing to the smooth operation of the department

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30–4:30 or 8:00–5:00 (fixed shift pattern)
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00–12:00

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, Parts Assistant, or similar automotive role
• Good organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Confident using parts systems and working across different departments
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
