Job Description :

Reed are working with a well-established and customer focused organisation based in King’s Lynn, recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor and looking for a proactive customer service professional to join the team on a permanent full time basis.

Role Tasks:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and email enquiries regarding spare parts
  • Logging call information on the CRM system
  • Organising returns and collections.
  • Chasing orders, due dates, PODs etc.
  • Processing export quotes and orders, and dealing with queries.
  • Handling service tasks
  • Uploading invoices, raising credits, using customer portals for orders, invoices and quotations
  • Investigating incorrect parts
  • Logging and dealing with complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Working closely with other departments

Requirements

  • Existing office-based experience within customer service, service coordination or sales administration.
  • Confident telephone manner with strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, problem solve and use initiative
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
