Location: AvonmouthSalary: £25,714 + bonuses (after 3-month probation)

A privately owned business with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and distributing household appliances and kitchens. Known for delivering high-quality products and excellent service to the trade.

Role Overview:

This position supports the existing team in the Customer Service/Parts department. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided on products, procedures, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock control and stock location management
  • Sourcing parts
  • Reading and interpreting exploded views and wiring diagrams
  • Assisting the workshop and with product reworks
  • Packaging parts and processing orders/returns
  • Supporting the Customer Service team on the phones when needed
  • Adhering to work regulations

Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
