Partnerships Executive

This is a hybrid opportunity that can be based from either of our offices in Manchester or Peterborough.

The purpose of this role is to support all aspects of affinity partnerships and contribute towards maximizing the company’s strategic, commercial & customer objectives within the Partnerships that you are accountable for, working alongside a senior manager and a manager to deliver best outcomes for customers and the partnerships. Work with your peers to drive efficient ways of working and effectively manage/influence internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide range of partnership support activities and coordinate workloads with the rest of the executive team.
  • Effectively manage all stakeholders both internal & external in relation to the affinity partnerships.
  • Assist with the identification and sharing of best practice across the Corporate Partnership team.
  • Identify and implement new systems and processes as appropriate to simplify workloads.
  • Support commercial opportunities by providing the relevant MI framework.
  • Effectively manage all affinity partnership escalated complaints in a timely and pro-active manner.
  • Supporting completion of all Due Diligence questionnaires & audits.
  • Identify & action any operational trends through monthly operational MI.
  • Liaise with Customer Services regarding brand metrics & performance ensuring all partner information is accurate on CS information system.
  • Capture minutes, maintain action logs and pro-actively escalate and follow up actions where appropriate.
  • Provide support for any key projects/development where required.

Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage varying workloads.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Ability to priortise own workload & incorporate wider team workloads where applicable.
  • Insurance/Customer Service experience.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office functions i.e. PowerPoint.
  • CII Qualification (advantageous)
  • Industry awareness (advantageous)
