As their Partnership & Retentions Executive based in their Blackpool offices, you will be responsible for driving new sales, retaining existing clients / members, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires a results-driven individual who can combine strong sales skills with relationship management to meet business growth and retention targets.
The business is not a large call centre where you are seen as just a number and base your performance on large call volumes.. You will work with an established group of executives with a strong team culture and success coming from maximising every opportunity building genuine relationships.
