About the RoleLevel: 4 Department: Marketing Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent The commercial team are responsible for defining and executing key growth initiatives to drive value for clients and shareholders. We are responsible for evaluating and onboarding all new partnerships, managing existing partnerships and ensuring we are maximising the commercial relationship. We ensure all new private client enquires are managed quickly, professionally and with care to ensure they are forwarded to the most appropriate Investment Manager or Financial Adviser. We measure and monitor KPIs to evaluate and learn which initiatives are a success. We evaluate and conduct due diligence on new lead generation initiatives. This role is central to the management and delivery of these growth objectives, helping us mature our approach to executing lead generation initiatives and managing new client enquiries. The candidate will need to be comfortable engaging with prospective clients (inbound & outbound), identifying their high-level objectives and evaluating the best way to support them, before then introducing suitable potential clients to relevant front office experts. The role requires the candidate to collectively work with central and front office teams to develop feedback loops focused on continuous development, good client outcomes and ensuring tangible return on investment. The candidate will also be working collaboratively to manage associated 'nurturing' activities to support potential new clients who might not be ready for our services yet. The prospective Partnership and Growth Manager is client and relationship focused, taking pride in providing an excellent client experience, for spotting commercial opportunities and for maximising revenue potential. You will be skilled at building trust to gain a good understanding of a client's needs, circumstances and how our services might benefit them. Your day-to-day role will include; • Carrying out due diligence on new and existing introducers and referrers, monitoring and building on the commerciality and success of these partnerships and identifying new opportunities. • Identifying, researching and evaluating potential lead generation opportunities
