Partner – Estate Agency

Location: Felixstowe (must live locally)

Salary: Up to £27,500 basic uncapped commission (£50,000+ OTE)

We’re offering an exciting Partner opportunity in the heart of Felixstowe – perfect for an experienced Estate Agent who’s ready to run their own area while being fully supported by one of the UK’s leading Estate Agency brands.

You’ll take full responsibility for building and developing our presence in your designated area – from targeted marketing and local networking to valuing properties and converting market appraisals into instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and grow your Estate Agency profile in your local area

- Make strategic marketing decisions and lead targeted canvassing campaigns

- Develop strong relationships with local communities and referral partners

- Value properties and convert market appraisals into instructions

- Oversee property sales through to completion with hub support

About You:

- Minimum 4 years’ Estate Agency experience

- Ambition to run your own area as a Partner in an employed role

- Strong business development and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable working from both home and office environments

- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
