Part-Time Purchasing Administrator

Location: DinningtonSalary: £28,000 FTE (Pro Rata)Hours: 30 hours per week

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our client in Dinnington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, building relationships with suppliers, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records

  • Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and deliveries

  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control

  • Assisting with supplier negotiations and cost-saving initiatives

  • Supporting the wider team with general purchasing administration

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administration (manufacturing/engineering experience a plus)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with excellent supplier relationship skills

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally ERP/MRP systems
