Part-time Junior PA
  • Annual Salary: Starting at £25,878 per annum (pro rata)
  • Location: Leicester and Leicestershire
  • Job Type: Part-time (30 hours per week)

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office administrative support to our CEO, Senior Management team, and the Board of Trustees. This role is essential in facilitating the smooth operation of our organisation and requires a proactive individual who can manage a varied and complex workload.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team, including email correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive.
  • Support multi-agency meetings by taking and distributing accurate minutes.
  • Assist in preparing tenders and funding applications.
  • Organise and facilitate Senior Management and Operational Management team meetings.
  • Arrange staff away days and events.
  • Support the Chief Executive with Board reports and facilitate Board meetings.
  • Assist with the recruitment of Board Members and Volunteers.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the Board of Trustees.
  • Support HR processes across the organisation as needed.
  • Manage social media platforms, develop content, and maintain the organisation’s website.
  • Coordinate fundraising and awareness events.
  • Design and coordinate marketing materials.
  • Manage organisational email inboxes and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate incoming donations and maintain donation logs.
  • Assist with procurement and monitoring tasks.
  • Manage IT and telecommunication equipment, including maintaining the organisation’s asset log.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C Level or equivalent.
  • Level 4 or above in a relevant qualification.
  • Substantial experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience managing social media and marketing.
  • Skilled in minute-taking and producing accurate meeting records.
  • Experience working in the voluntary sector and servicing committees.
  • Web editing and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection principles and GDPR.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a complex workload.
