Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity in our Human Resources Department for an enthusiastic, motivated and positive individual who aspires to lead the way in professional HR administration. Working closely with colleagues you will provide a comprehensive HR administration service contributing to the enhancement of procedures, processes and systems. The Department is a generalist one and you will work within a team of HR Administrators, HR Business Managers and Head of HR in addition to providing information and support to line managers and staff as required. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic forward thinking HR Department.

Profile

Qualified to HNC Level or have relevant work experience, you will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work proactively and methodically using your own initiative, have excellent attention to detail, manage and prioritise workloads to meet critical deadlines. You will have excellent IT and customer care skills and be motivated and enthusiastic. They use an integrated HR/Payroll System, iTrent, and previous experience of this system or similar will be an advantage. This role is part time and may be worked over 4 or 5 days.
