Part Time Finance Manager - Reed : Job Details

Reed have been retained on an exclusive basis to find a Part Time Finance Manager for a well-loved charity in Swindon.  

You will be working alongside one of the most experienced and highly accoladed Charity Directors in the local area, and reporting to a brilliant new CEO who is set to drive the organisation to new heights.

• Location: Swindon with remote working available
• Job Type: Part-time, permanent (flexible as to hours but ideally up to 3 days per week or equivalent. 

• Responsible for the overall financial planning of the charity, including developing effective financial policies and coordinating the annual budget. 
• Manage daily financial operations and month-end processes such as payroll, invoicing, banking, and reconciliation.
• Oversee the production of annual statutory accounts and monthly management accounts.
• Identify trends and performance against the budget to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor and manage funds, grants, and donations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with donor requirements.
• Review and enhance financial procedures.

• Strong experience in financial management
• Experience in charity financial management is desirable.
• Experience in budget management and management accounts.
