Part Time Customer Services Associate - Office Angels : Job Details

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part Time Customer Services Associate for our client based in Reading.

Role: Part Time Customer Services Associate

Location: Reading

Salary: £14,713 per annum

This role operates on a rota basis, with shifts scheduled between Monday and Sunday. Typical hours are either 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Flexibility is essential to accommodate varying days and shift times

As a Customer Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and current residents. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and vibrant community within our residential schemes. With your positive attitude and strong customer service ethic, you will ensure that every interaction is memorable!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants from the inquiry stage through to their move-in.
• Ensure communal areas and available apartments are always presented at their best.
• Conduct property viewings and respond to rental inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide first-class customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• organise tenant services and community events, fostering a sense of belonging.
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate contractor appointments to ensure timely resolutions.
