Part-time Accounts Assistant

West End

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum pro rata

Our client, a creative events agency in the West End, are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. The office is a social, lively environment and a really fun place to work.

They are looking for someone to work 20-25 hours a week. This can be either 3 long days or 4-5 shorter days.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• - Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts daily
• - Processing supplier payments and employee expenses
• - Client invoicing
• - Ensuring all records are ready for quarterly reporting and tax submission
• - Assist with closing project budgets
• - Processing transactions and purchase invoices into the accounting system
• - Supporting the commission claim process
