The Role:
This is an office-based role (no remote work) supporting both our administrative team and clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and responding to daily client queries professionally
- Managing and maintaining the quotation database
- Issuing quotes to clients and following up where necessary
- Scheduling engineers using internal software and issuing weekly work plans
- Updating and maintaining various Excel databases (quotes, reports, schedules, etc.)
- Supporting general administrative tasks as required
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office/admin environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong telephone communication skills and confidence speaking with clients at all levels
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and a positive attitude
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm (24 hours per week) (Non Negotiable)
