Position: Part Time Administrator - Engineering

Location: Beeston Rylands, United Kingdom

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Inventory: Update and review our stock system, conduct stock takes, and ensure our engineering spares are always ready to go.
• Support Procurement: Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Organise and Oversee: Manage spreadsheets, contractor sign-ins, and ensure all permits and insurance documents are in order.
• Keep Us on Track: Help manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system, keeping our engineers informed and schedules up to date.
