- Provide administrative support across various departments
- Accurately update and maintain internal data systems
- Support with general office tasks and documentation
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Assist with CRM management and reporting tasks
Role requirements;
- Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confidence in working with databases and digital systems
- Experience using a CRM is highly desirable – knowledge of Raiser’s Edge would be a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
