Part time Accounts Assistant - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Design Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Assistant for 4-6 weeks.

This role is part time.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Assistant to assist them for 4-6 weeks. You be will be responsible for following duties:

• Maintaining the purchase ledger, obtaining authorisation and making payments of supplier's invoices as and when required.
• Checking and processing staff expenses from Concur and importing into Quickbooks Reconciliation of company debit and credit cards and importing into Quickbooks
• Entering monthly sales invoices into Quickbooks.
• Processing bank transactions
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• General finance administrative tasks

Profile:

The successful temporary Accounts Assistant will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Accounts Assistant.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

These temporary Accounts Payable roles will be paying circa £15-£18 per hour, dependant on experience.
