Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning RIBA practice in Harrogate.With year-on-year growth and big plans for 2025, this forward-thinking studio has recently been named Employer of the Year in the regional business awards, recognised for its diversity, culture, and inclusion. Their team represents over 15 nationalities and 20 spoken languages.The practice works across the UK on a wide range of projects, from Commercial and Residential to Logistics and Retail, giving you the chance to build experience across multiple sectors. They champion BIM, sustainability, and the latest technologies, while maintaining a strong people-first, family feel.As a Part 2, you’ll be involved in projects from concept to completion—developing design ideas, producing working drawings, preparing proposals and planning applications, and liaising with contractors.Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (dependent on experience)Benefits include:
