Job Title: Head of ParaplanningSalary: £50,000+About the Company

- Team of 14 experienced advisors working on a pooled basis

- Lead the paraplanning function and manage the team
- Oversee preparation of suitability reports and annual financial reviews
- Ensure compliance documentation is recorded and maintained
- Support transition from Xplan to Curo
- Deliver consistently high-quality work while managing multiple priorities
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Experience preparing Suitability Reports and annual financial reviews
- Knowledge of compliance document recording and oversight
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven management experience with ability to motivate and lead a team
- Team-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Salary of £50,000+
- 1 day per week working from home
- Modern office space with free onsite parking
