Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanning Manager in the West Midlands to join a leading UK wide Independent Financial Advice firm. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a progressive and client-focused, financial planning-led wealth management firm dealing with HNW clients across the county.

They have a great, dynamic culture where the whole team can have fun to grow in their career with a thirst for excellence & customer service. Due to their continued success, they are looking to bring on a Paraplanning Manager to support their team of 12 Paraplanners.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Day to day management of the Paraplanning team
• Supporting with any training needs within the team
• Conducting quarterly reviews
• Produce and analyse Management information
• Reviewing procedures and updating where appropriate
• Maintain a level of Paraplanning duties to support the team

Skills and experience required:

• A minimum of 3+ years working in a Paraplanning position
• Experience working in a managerial/Team Leader position
• Strong knowledge of UK products
• Minimum Level 4 Diploma, ideally working towards Chartered status
