As a Paraplanner in this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with a Chartered Adviser, working on a 1-2-1 basis. Your role involves assisting with pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, and more. The firm values continuous professional development and supports staff in obtaining industry qualifications, offering pay rises for each exam passed towards achieving Level 4 Diploma and Chartered status.The ideal candidate for this newly created position will have a proactive attitude, a strong technical background, and the ability to draft reports and conduct analysis.
