The Role

As a Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our advisers by preparing high-quality recommendation reports, conducting in-depth research, and ensuring compliance across the financial planning process. You’ll be involved in:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files
  • Drafting and implementing financial recommendations
  • Reviewing investment portfolios and pension suitability
  • Conducting investment analysis using tools like Financial Express Analytics and Dynamic Planner

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Understanding of the financial planning process and regulatory requirements
  • Good IT proficiency

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Desirable: Chartered status or knowledge in areas like Trusts, Pension Income Options, Protection, and Financial Planning Practice
