Are you a seasoned paraplanner looking for a role where your experience and insight truly make a difference? Our client, a well-established and expanding IFA firm, is seeking a Paraplanner to join their dynamic team in Glasgow.

Your Impact:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll be a key player in the advice process, supporting Financial Planners with technically robust and client-focused solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of client objectives and identifying strategic planning opportunities
  • Researching and recommending bespoke financial strategies across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
  • Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports
  • Ensuring advice adheres to regulatory and internal governance standards
  • Maintaining accurate client records and KYC data
  • Providing mentoring and quality assurance support to junior paraplanners

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence handling complex cases
  • Proficiency with systems such as Intelligent Office, Curo, CashCalc, FE Analytics, and Dynamic Planner
  • CII Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards it is a plus)
  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
