I am working with a National Financial Planning firm who are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team around the St Albans area.

Experienced & Reliable:

• Seeking a career Paraplanner who has worked in Financial Services and been in their current Paraplanner role for a minimum of 4 years. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated loyalty and consistency, and who brings a dependable approach to their work.

Dynamic & Flexible:

• This is a high-volume, fast-paced role. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities with ease. A teamwork approach and "roll up your sleeves" attitude is essential.

Initiative & Problem Solving:

• We need someone who thinks for themselves – able to work independently, ask the right questions, and take ownership of their workload without needing constant direction. A solutions-focused mindset is key.
