The RoleAs a Paraplanner, you’ll provide vital support to advisers and play a key role in delivering an efficient and compliant service to clients. Your main duties will include:
Servicing existing business and preparing documentation for ongoing advice
Handling platform-based work and producing client illustrations
Regular communication with clients and platform providers
Analysing client information and conducting financial research
Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports
Preparing and maintaining audit-ready client files
Supporting advisers by developing financial solutions tailored to client objectives
Upholding operational effectiveness and managing risk with precision
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, highly organised, and confident working within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key requirements include:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role
Level 4 Diploma qualified (or near completion)
Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and financial planning
Skilled in producing detailed, compliant suitability reports
Able to prioritise tasks independently and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Salary up to £48,000, based on experience and qualifications
