An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing, Chartered wealth management firm based in Knutsford, Cheshire. The Role

As a Paraplanner, you’ll provide vital support to advisers and play a key role in delivering an efficient and compliant service to clients. Your main duties will include:

  • Servicing existing business and preparing documentation for ongoing advice

  • Handling platform-based work and producing client illustrations

  • Regular communication with clients and platform providers

  • Analysing client information and conducting financial research

  • Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports

  • Preparing and maintaining audit-ready client files

  • Supporting advisers by developing financial solutions tailored to client objectives

  • Upholding operational effectiveness and managing risk with precision

About You

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, highly organised, and confident working within a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or near completion)

  • Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and financial planning

  • Skilled in producing detailed, compliant suitability reports

  • Able to prioritise tasks independently and work to deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
